Our Mission

The Human Rights Campaign and Human Rights Campaign Foundation fight to make equality, equity and liberation a reality for all lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer people. As the nation’s largest LGBTQ+ civil rights organization, we drive impact by inspiring, engaging and mobilizing millions of pro-equality voters and supporters to elect pro-equality leaders and to demand equity-based policies and legislation; changing hearts and minds through programming that increases understanding, visibility and support for the diverse LGBTQ+ community in all aspects of our identities; and transforming the institutions and systems that shape our everyday lives by advancing LGBTQ+ inclusive policies and practices in schools, workplaces, hospitals, communities and beyond.

Transgender Law Center is the largest national trans-led organization advocating self-determination for all people. Since 2002 we’ve been organizing, assisting, informing and empowering thousands of individual community members towards a long-term, national, trans-led movement for liberation. The Trans Agenda for Liberation is a community-led guide towards the world we deserve. Trans people hold the knowledge, power, and joy to create a future where we can all not only survive but thrive.
New Mexico

Civil rights advocacy group focusing on LGBTQ+ issues. Looking forward to the future, Equality New Mexico will be working tirelessly to ensure that all queer and trans-New Mexicans are able to experience safety and inclusivity. Our top priorities include expanding healthcare access and focusing on gender-affirming, reproductive, and sexual health services. We’re fighting for better access to PrEP and HIV prevention tools, ensuring a safer environment for LGBTQ+ youth in schools and beyond. We will push hard to achieve comprehensive sexuality and consent education for young people and give 16 and 17-year-olds a voice in shaping policies that impact their lives. Together, we can create a more inclusive and empowered future for all. Join us in making a difference!
